Our claim to fame is the unique platform in the world of publishing.
Neither a traditional publisher, nor a self-publisher or vanity press, we are an independent publishing hybrid that offers authors the quality of
a traditional publisher with the control of self-publishing.

We are not a self-publisher or vanity press, since those platforms publish anything submitted regardless of the quality. All submissions to Historium Press are vetted to gauge marketability and not all are accepted.
We are not a traditional publisher who oftentimes claim a majority stake in your book but doesn't deliver when it comes to marketing, leaving the author to do most of the marketing on their own. You, the author, maintain 100% royalties, while the package investment takes care of all the marketing aspects without you having to lift another finger except to write your next novel.
Plus, with us, you maintain complete creative control.

So, what is hybrid?
We are your publishing partner, your co-publisher, taking the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on what you do best... write

Plus, we specialize in focusing exclusively on historical fiction, providing the ideal stage and safe haven for authors of the genre. Your vision is our vision; after all,
we are the history makers and history makes us who we are.

Toni Morrison's famous quote: "If there is a book you really want to read and it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it," is a quote we live by.

We believe in Indie authors, in the vast world of talent waiting to be discovered, so we've opened the doors for everyone to enter.
Authors retain 100% rights, earn 100% proceeds,
and have 100% creative control.

Our mission? Exceptional books, quality service, and a global reach.

Katerina Dunne

Finally home after five years away, warrior-nobleman Sándor Szilágyi is met by a dying father, a resentful younger brother, his child-bride all grown up and the family estate raided by the Ottomans.
As he struggles to adjust to life as a landlord, Sándor's authority is challenged by two strong-minded and fearless women: Margit, his faithful and righteous wife, determined to keep him on the straight and narrow; and Anna, his sister-in-law, a scheming temptress bent on ruining him in order to take his land.
After committing a mortal sin and desperate to win back the woman he loves, Sándor seeks absolution by accepting his overlord’s summons to fight the Ottomans.  But his obsession with war will lead him down a perilous path.
Loyalties are tested, danger lurks around every corner, and Sándor’s struggle to balance his duty to protect his land and family from his relatives’ greedy hands, as well as his duty to defend his country on the battlefield, will come at a terrible cost.

Crossed

Hitler is in power. The city of Berlin is at a boiling point, erupting with violence, revenge, and feuding enemies - Nazi against Jew. In the midst of it all, two romantic souls find each other, echoing the star-crossed  lives of Romeo and Juliet -

a Jewess named Julia and an SS officer named Reiner.

Their secret love breaks all the rules on both sides.

Will their love survive... will they survive... when the world around them is falling apart?

Star Crossed is the third installment of the 'Fractured Shakespeare' series, taking elements of the legendary play of the Bard and reimagining the story in a real and authentic way.
